• أَشْقَى
• أَشْقَىهَا
• تَشْقَىٰٓ
• شَقُوا۟
• شِقْوَتنَا
• شَقِيّ
• يَشْقَىٰ

Appears 12 times in the Quran.

1. 11:105 يَوْمَ يَأْتِ لَا تَكَلَّمُ نَفْسٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِۦ فَمِنْهُمْ شَقِىٌّ وَسَعِيدٌ

   On the day when it shall come, no soul shall speak except with His permission, then (some) of them shall be unhappy and (others) happy.
   

2. 11:106 فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ شَقُوا۟ فَفِى ٱلنَّارِ لَهُمْ فِيهَا زَفِيرٌ وَشَهِيقٌ

   So as to those who are unhappy, they shall be in the fire; for them shall be sighing and groaning in it:
   

3. 19:4 قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّى وَهَنَ ٱلْعَظْمُ مِنِّى وَٱشْتَعَلَ ٱلرَّأْسُ شَيْبًا وَلَمْ أَكُنۢ بِدُعَآئِكَ رَبِّ شَقِيًّا

   He said: My Lord! surely my bones are weakened and my head flares with hoariness, and, my Lord! I have never been unsuccessful in my prayer to Thee:
   

4. 19:32 وَبَرًّۢا بِوَٰلِدَتِى وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْنِى جَبَّارًا شَقِيًّا

   And dutiful to my mother, and He has not made me insolent, unblessed;
   

5. 19:48 وَأَعْتَزِلُكُمْ وَمَا تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَأَدْعُوا۟ رَبِّى عَسَىٰٓ أَلَّآ أَكُونَ بِدُعَآءِ رَبِّى شَقِيًّا

   And I will withdraw from you and what you call on besides Allah, and I will call upon my Lord; may be I shall not remain unblessed in calling upon my Lord.
   

6. 20:2 مَآ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ لِتَشْقَىٰٓ

   We have not revealed the Quran to you that you may be unsuccessful.
   

7. 20:117 فَقُلْنَا يَٰٓـَٔادَمُ إِنَّ هَٰذَا عَدُوٌّ لَّكَ وَلِزَوْجِكَ فَلَا يُخْرِجَنَّكُمَا مِنَ ٱلْجَنَّةِ فَتَشْقَىٰٓ

   So We said: O Adam! This is an enemy to you and to your wife; therefore let him not drive you both forth from the garden so that you should be unhappy;
   

8. 20:123 قَالَ ٱهْبِطَا مِنْهَا جَمِيعًۢا بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ فَإِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُم مِّنِّى هُدًى فَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ هُدَاىَ فَلَا يَضِلُّ وَلَا يَشْقَىٰ

   He said: Get forth you two therefrom, all (of you), one of you (is) enemy to another. So there will surely come to you guidance from Me, then whoever follows My guidance, he shall not go astray nor be unhappy;
   

9. 23:106 قَالُوا۟ رَبَّنَا غَلَبَتْ عَلَيْنَا شِقْوَتُنَا وَكُنَّا قَوْمًا ضَآلِّينَ

   They shall say: O our Lord! our adversity overcame us and we were an erring people:
   

10. 87:11 وَيَتَجَنَّبُهَا ٱلْأَشْقَى

    And the most unfortunate one will avoid it,
    

11. 91:12 إِذِ ٱنۢبَعَثَ أَشْقَىٰهَا

    When the most unfortunate of them broke forth with
    

12. 92:15 لَا يَصْلَىٰهَآ إِلَّا ٱلْأَشْقَى

    None shall enter it but the most unhappy,
