Appears 5 times in the Quran.

1. 15:94 فَٱصْدَعْ بِمَا تُؤْمَرُ وَأَعْرِضْ عَنِ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ

   Therefore declare openly what you are bidden and turn aside from the polytheists.
   

2. 30:43 فَأَقِمْ وَجْهَكَ لِلدِّينِ ٱلْقَيِّمِ مِن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِىَ يَوْمٌ لَّا مَرَدَّ لَهُۥ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ يَوْمَئِذٍ يَصَّدَّعُونَ

   Then turn thy face straight to the right religion before there come from Allah the day which cannot be averted; on that day they shall become separated.
   

3. 56:19 لَّا يُصَدَّعُونَ عَنْهَا وَلَا يُنزِفُونَ

   They shall not be affected with headache thereby, nor shall they get exhausted,
   

4. 59:21 لَوْ أَنزَلْنَا هَٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانَ عَلَىٰ جَبَلٍ لَّرَأَيْتَهُۥ خَٰشِعًا مُّتَصَدِّعًا مِّنْ خَشْيَةِ ٱللَّهِ وَتِلْكَ ٱلْأَمْثَٰلُ نَضْرِبُهَا لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ

   Had We sent down this Quran on a mountain, you would certainly have seen it falling down, splitting asunder because of the fear of Allah, and We set forth these parables to men that they may reflect.
   

5. 86:12 وَٱلْأَرْضِ ذَاتِ ٱلصَّدْعِ

   And the earth splitting (with plants);
