Appears 9 times in the Quran.

1. 20:133 وَقَالُوا۟ لَوْلَا يَأْتِينَا بِـَٔايَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّهِۦٓ أَوَلَمْ تَأْتِهِم بَيِّنَةُ مَا فِى ٱلصُّحُفِ ٱلْأُولَىٰ

   And they say: Why does he not bring to us a sign from his Lord? Has not there come to them a clear evidence of what is m the previous books?
   

2. 43:71 يُطَافُ عَلَيْهِم بِصِحَافٍ مِّن ذَهَبٍ وَأَكْوَابٍ وَفِيهَا مَا تَشْتَهِيهِ ٱلْأَنفُسُ وَتَلَذُّ ٱلْأَعْيُنُ وَأَنتُمْ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ

   There shall be sent round to them golden bowls and drinking-cups and therein shall be what their souls yearn after and (wherein) the eyes shall delight, and you shall abide therein.
   

3. 53:36 أَمْ لَمْ يُنَبَّأْ بِمَا فِى صُحُفِ مُوسَىٰ

   Or, has he not been informed of what is in the scriptures of Musa?
   

4. 74:52 بَلْ يُرِيدُ كُلُّ ٱمْرِئٍ مِّنْهُمْ أَن يُؤْتَىٰ صُحُفًا مُّنَشَّرَةً

   Nay; every one of them desires that he may be given pages spread out;
   

5. 80:13 فِى صُحُفٍ مُّكَرَّمَةٍ

   In honored books,
   

6. 81:10 وَإِذَا ٱلصُّحُفُ نُشِرَتْ

   And when the books are spread,
   

7. 87:18 إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَفِى ٱلصُّحُفِ ٱلْأُولَىٰ

   Most surely this is in the earlier scriptures,
   

8. 87:19 صُحُفِ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ وَمُوسَىٰ

   The scriptures of Ibrahim and Musa.
   

9. 98:2 رَسُولٌ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ يَتْلُوا۟ صُحُفًا مُّطَهَّرَةً

   An messenger from Allah, reciting pure pages,
