أَرْسَلْنَٰهُ

Appears 2 times in the Quran. (Root: رسل)

37:147 وَأَرْسَلْنَٰهُ إِلَىٰ مِا۟ئَةِ أَلْفٍ أَوْ يَزِيدُونَ

And We sent him to a hundred thousand, rather they exceeded.
51:38 وَفِى مُوسَىٰٓ إِذْ أَرْسَلْنَٰهُ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ بِسُلْطَٰنٍ مُّبِينٍ

And in Musa: When We sent him to Firon with clear authority.
