أَهْلَكْنَٰهُمْ
Appears 4 times in the Quran.
(Root: هلك)
-
And (as for) these towns, We destroyed them when they acted unjustly, and We have appointed a time for their destruction.

26:139 فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَهْلَكْنَٰهُمْ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَةً وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
So they gave him the lie, then We destroyed them. Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe.

44:37 أَهُمْ خَيْرٌ أَمْ قَوْمُ تُبَّعٍ وَٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ أَهْلَكْنَٰهُمْ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ مُجْرِمِينَ
Are they better or the people of Tubba and those before them? We destroyed them, for surely they were guilty.

47:13 وَكَأَيِّن مِّن قَرْيَةٍ هِىَ أَشَدُّ قُوَّةً مِّن قَرْيَتِكَ ٱلَّتِىٓ أَخْرَجَتْكَ أَهْلَكْنَٰهُمْ فَلَا نَاصِرَ لَهُمْ
And how many a town which was far more powerful than the town of yours which has driven you out: We destroyed them so there was no helper for them.
