مِيقَٰت

Appears 5 times in the Quran. (Root: وقت)
  1. They ask you concerning the new moon. Say: They are times appointed for (the benefit of) men, and (for) the pilgrimage; and it is not righteousness that you should enter the houses at their backs, but righteousness is this that one should guard (against evil); and go into the houses by their doors and be careful (of your duty) to Allah, that you may be successful.

  2. And We appointed with Musa a time of thirty nights and completed them with ten (more), so the appointed time of his Lord was complete forty nights, and Musa said to his brother Haroun: Take my place among my people, and act well and do not follow the way of the mischief-makers.

  3. So the magicians were gathered together at the appointed time on the fixed day,

  4. Shall most surely be gathered together for the appointed hour of a known day.

  5. Surely the day of decision is (a day) appointed:
