خَلَقْنَٰهُ

Appears 4 times in the Quran. (Root: خلق)

15:27 وَٱلْجَآنَّ خَلَقْنَٰهُ مِن قَبْلُ مِن نَّارِ ٱلسَّمُومِ

And the jinn We created before, of intensely hot fire.
19:67 أَوَلَا يَذْكُرُ ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ أَنَّا خَلَقْنَٰهُ مِن قَبْلُ وَلَمْ يَكُ شَيْـًٔا

Does not man remember that We created him before, when he was nothing?
36:77 أَوَلَمْ يَرَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ أَنَّا خَلَقْنَٰهُ مِن نُّطْفَةٍ فَإِذَا هُوَ خَصِيمٌ مُّبِينٌ

Does not man see that We have created him from the small seed? Then lo! he is an open disputant.
54:49 إِنَّا كُلَّ شَىْءٍ خَلَقْنَٰهُ بِقَدَرٍ

Surely We have created everything according to a measure.
